Hi, I’m Andrea, the founder of Kantan HQ

I built my career as a VP in tech and Director of Project Management across industries like SaaS, digital marketing, and pharma. I’ve been on the other side of the table, deciding who gets interviews and who doesn’t and I know exactly what makes a candidate stand out.

After starting a family, I wanted more flexibility while continuing to do meaningful work. Around the same time, I kept seeing talented people including former co-workers, friends, and family struggle to get interviews and get hired, even though they were qualified, and I knew I could help.

I started Kantan HQ to close that gap. Today, I work with job seekers at all levels, from recent grads to executives and career changers, to create resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and toolkits that pass ATS scans and impress decision-makers.
